Campaigns

NHS Surrey Heartlands Clinical Commissioning Group actively engages with national campaigns such as Diabetes Week, Mental Health Awareness and Stay Well This Winter, and regularly runs targeted campaigns to help raise awareness of specific health and care challenges in our area. We work with our partners across Surrey to promote these so that you and your loved ones can understand more about how you can look after your health.
